Something like this but with the proper connections for your computers. Or go with an LTO system like this one from MLogic.

We are about 10 editors,5 Mac, 5 PC, 1 Preview Person. We produce church message DVDs twice a week, edit and send to over 32 TV stations worldwide. Most raw footages are not kept because of space. I want us to be able to keep all raw footages for montages, TVCs, Documentary prouction an still have good quality.
What will you advice sir?
